HIA is a growing medical coding and support organization with a real family atmosphere. And we all know with business growth, there always comes a little house cleaning. HIA asked us to audit their existing identity and collateral items and set up Brand Guidelines to help keep their brand and messaging consistent moving forward.
In HIA’s world, it’s all about the code, but in ours, it’s about the brand. We took a few trips to Pawley’s to work with the HIA family so we could get a real feel for the values they stand by every day. Our team reviewed and crafted new visual and usage guidelines for their brand messaging, marks, color palettes, photography, typography, general design, and current campaign elements.
HIA sets high expectations on the quality of work each team member provides, and having new brand guidelines in place was the best step to maintain the same high standards for their brand. It was a privilege to help them put their best foot forward.
